Help For Sellers

 | Let's face it, selling your home is stressfull! All the more the reason to have an experienced professional on your side. Unfortunately, The number one complaint received by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), is that home sellers often don't hear from their Listing Agents until it is time to renew the listing agreement. To my industry's defense, we sometimes get so busy, the professionals forget to tell the Seller Client what it is that we are doing. It's not enough to "take" a listing, the property must be properly exposed to the marketplace. And it is up to the agent to communicate what has been done. For this reason, I have developed my "30 Day Marketing Plan". In it, I outline what marketing will be implemented within the first month. |
Beyond marketing, and perhaps most important, is going over all of the paperwork and helping the Seller to avoid sticky situations later. A contract for sell to a qualified Buyer is a wonderful thing, but it takes a real estate professional to make sure what is written on paper comes to reality.
